I’m JR, and I built Monument Home Group around a simple idea: the best projects come from clear planning, honest guidance, and craftsmanship you can see in the details—especially the finishing work.

You won’t be passed around. I personally guide your project from the first meeting through measurements, selections, scheduling, and the final walkthrough—and you’ll also have access to our in-house designer for layout direction and cohesive finish selections. The goal is a process that feels calm, organized, and tailored to the way you live.

Before Monument Home Group, I spent years in sales and project management roles, helping homeowners make confident decisions and delivering projects with a high level of finish. That experience shaped the process we run today.
