These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Monument Home Group website (the “Site”) and any forms or requests submitted through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Important: Monument Home Group provides home improvement consulting, remodeling coordination, and flooring-related services. The Site is provided for general information and inquiry purposes only.
1) Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

2) Information on the Site (No professional advice)
Content on this Site is for general informational purposes. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or up to date.
Any design guidance or material recommendations are general in nature and must be confirmed for your specific conditions, product selection, and site requirements.
3) Consultations, estimates, and scope
Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a contract. Any consultation, budget range, quote, or estimate provided is:

Non-binding until confirmed in writing

Subject to site conditions, measurements, product availability, and scope clarification

Subject to change if the scope, selections, or conditions change
Final scope, schedule, and pricing will be documented before work begins.
4) Scheduling and communications
By submitting your contact information, you authorize Monument Home Group to contact you by phone, text, and/or email regarding your request. You may request a preferred contact method and can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Appointment times are not final until confirmed by us.
5) Third-party partners (flooring supply, ordering, invoicing)
In some cases—especially for flooring materials—ordering, invoicing, warranties, and/or fulfillment may be handled through a third-party supplier partner. If your project involves such a partner:

You may receive invoices directly from that partner

Payments for materials may be made directly to that partner

Their terms (including warranty and payment terms) may apply to the material portion of your project
We will communicate the applicable process before ordering.
6) Payments
Unless explicitly stated in writing, payments are not accepted through this Site. If you are directed to pay a third-party supplier partner, those transactions are processed by that partner and not by Monument Home Group.
